Last Song Syndrome: "Just Take My Heart" by Mr.Big

warning: emotionally induced write-up. just need a vent for this.

My mind is blank. I'm currently suffering toncilitis. I miss someone so badly. I'm gonna cry. I'm... I'm... lost.

I need someone to talk to. I'm exhausted. I'm wishing I could do something to take this away. take me away. take me away, please. just take me anywhere. take me where I could rest for awhile. Bare with me. Cradle me. Hug Me.

stop. I'm crying. Your shoulders are soaked with my tears. I'm sorry. No, It's my shoulders. No one's around. I'm alone. oh my... I'm alone? yes. You are alone. and it always will be.

No. Never.

Light, Peace, Love

here's something unique to tag on.

Since we love to share pictures here in the four corners of our blogs, i asked myself why not make it more interesting this time? We can share three pictures according to the three given/specific topic and at the same time sharing of thoughts or ideas about it on why we chose a particular photo to fit in the given caption.

Today's Captions: Light Peace Love

Poetic

Here's something I found from my old stuffs way back first year college.
Mahilig kasi akong mag co-relate ng subjects para gawing kanta o tula.
This poem survived. The others, I think I misplaced them all.
For sheer damn luck, I passed this one to our literary corner
of our college newspaper and it got chosen!

Can you guess all the subjects I used in this poem?

The Subjects Of My Affection
by Ccigaux

Things are'nt easy for me these days
I'm Like an idiot, a moron which I cannot face
My heart before is pale like Alium sepa
But now it bloomed like Mangifera indica

Our chemical reaction is like a combination
Where my feelings for you have never experienced Evolution
Because whenever I see you from head to toe
I think I'll be needing a lot of H20

Days are changing fast like Protozoa to Chordata
I never imagined that I had no Mitochondria
When the time will come that your love will fade away
My life will otherwise be a Plantae

Oh my Gumamela
Treat me like Mammalia not like a Reptilla
Because whenever you see me
You're always calling me Rana catesbeiana

guide:
Alium sepa - Onion

Mangifera indica - Mango
Rana catesbeiana - American bull frog

A time to share...

It is in my profession that i am bound to care and to impart my knowledge on Primary Health Care.

Tepid Sponge Bath - a basic technique used to lower body temperature of 39.9 C. in less than a minute.

Things needed:
Face Towel
Plastic/ Aluminum basin
Thermometer

Procedure:

1. prepare the bowl and fill it with tap water.

2. soak the face towel in the basin.

3. Get the initial temperature of your friend by *placing the thermometer in his/her axilla (arm pit) and wait for 5 to 7
minutes. *this only applies to persons ages 5 and up. 4 and below usually in rectum and oral.

4. after getting the initial temperature, get the soaked face towel, drip the water and start damping it(in figure of 8) in
his/her face, neck, nape, chest, torso, down to the toes.

Remember:
+Do not scrub the face towel. It will cause friction ergo it will generate heat.

+Do not put ice or ethyl alcohol in the bowl. Alcohol can only disinfects and it is only for bathing an after fever person.
not for lowering of temperature. Ice can only make the person chill.

+A person in fever may also be suffering to dehydration. Fluid intake must be considered to reduce the risk of fluid
imbalance.

+Make sure to rinse the face towel every after using to one body part to another (e.g. face.rinse/nape.rinse)
